The Optimus Mini (referred to as OM3 on this page) is a three button keyboard with screens that can change their image depending on the application you are currently in. You can read more about the Optimus here. Here's a link to a nice support forum!
Why dedicate a page to it?
Because I love this product and am creating some enhancements for it which I list here.
Plugins/Enhancements
Informer+:
Art. Lebedev includes a plugin called "Informer" with their software which is able to read images from the internet and display them on the OM3. The idea is to bring News Headlines and the like to the OM3 but which site uses images to do that? I don't know a single website that does so. But a lot use RSS instead, so I created a small ASP.Net 2.0 Script which is able to extract the latest headlines on sites that use RSS. It's called Informer+.
Here are some of the RSS logos used by these sites, so you know what you have to look for.
If you have a working link you can enter it into the box below and try if it works with Informer+.
If it does work, please add it to the Informer+ site index as working.
Did it not display some of the headlines but a sad smiley instead? To bad, this page won't work with Informer+. Please add it to the Informer+ site index as not working. Thank you.
If you have a site you like you can just grab the link Informer+ displays (after you click on the Go! button) and paste it into the URL field of the Informer Plugin in Optimus Mini Configurator (OMC). It should display the headlines on your OM3.
